MindShift Gym celebrates movement by offering nontraditional sports to get you excited about working out. We have a passion for movement and offer training for a variety of sports and activities: Parkour, Tricking/Freerunning, Aerial Acrobatics, Gymnastics, Yoga, Dance, and more. Students utilize strength conditioning and problem solving to train their bodies as well as their brains while becoming confident, driven athletes – and have a blast exercising while becoming a part of a diverse community.
