*The event has already taken place on this date: Fri, 10/17/2025
Teachers, we want to celebrate you!
Explore, learn about our resources, and most importantly, have fun on Friday, October 17 at the Maryland Science Center’s Teacher Appreciation Day. Connect with our staff and learn more about how the Science Center can support you this school year through our field trip offerings and outreach programs. Drop by the Demonstration Stage to check out our Traveling Science Program, pop into the SciZones to sample a few of our classroom programs, and preview one of our IMAX offerings with a screening of Flight of the Butterflies 3D. Then, meet up and unwind with other educators at a special happy hour, just for teachers like you.
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
