What if there really was a machine that could make you talented? A group of ordinary kids think they have nothing special to offer—until they meet the mysterious Professor and her magical Talent Machine. Through music, laughter, friendship and a little bit of magic, they discover a truth every child (and every adult) needs to hear: The talent was inside them all along.
Experience a celebration of courage, confidence and believing in yourself at the upcoming production of The Talent Machine: The Show That Started It All, August 14 through 23 at Anne Arundel Community College. Presented by The Talent Machine Company, our theater's origin story comes to life with our younger cast members, ages 7 to 14, guided by an all-alumni crew of directors, music directors and choreographers who have returned to share the joy of musical theater with the next generation. Evening and matinee performances available. All tickets just $20. American Sign Language interpretation available during the 2 pm show on August 16.
