Join us for our Summer Solstice Stroll celebrating the longest day of the year and World Giraffe Day! Begin your adventure with an exclusive giraffe experience and an engaging keeper chat. Learn about the special adaptations of the tallest animal on the planet including why it has a purple tongue. After which we invite you to enjoy a refreshing treat of purple popsicles! Round out the evening with a guided tour by the Zoo’s naturalist and educator, including activities that explore what animals do on a long summer’s night.
