You can learn a lot from an animal’s skull and bones…you just need to know what to look for! Dissect an owl pellet to construct the animal skeleton found inside, learn the features of different skulls and learn and how to identify what species they are, measure the bite and grip forces these animals can exert, and plenty more in this brand-new offering.
- Program Fee: $15 per participant for ages 8 and up.
- Participants: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Any attendee over 8 (to include adults) is considered a participant.
- Registration: Registration closes the day prior to the program. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST PREREGISTER.
- Meet at the nature center.
