Now in our 27th year, the Lovettsville Oktoberfest is a free event for the entire family. We plan to have a bounce house, balloon twisters, pony rides, pumpkin painting and more for the youngsters in our Kinderfest area, as well as authentic German food, snacks and craft vendors for the adults. Our biergarten will feature both traditional German drinks as well as local craft brews, wines from local vineyards around the area, and ciders. Our entertainment is top-notch this year! The 80s cover band The Reflex plays Friday night (8-11pm), and then on Saturday, we have the The Alte Kameraden Band and The Alt Washingtonia Dancers (12:30-4pm), Lost Lederhosen (noon-3pm) and The Pool Boys (4-7pm). Our main headliner for Saturday evening is Lovettsville's own Ghost Pepper (8-11pm), including their annual attempt at setting the world record for largest sing-along of "Bohemian Rhapsody" at 9:30pm. Oktoberfest has something for everyone! Make plans now to attend.
