The region’s most acclaimed jazz musicians are returning to Jazz in The Parks on the Great Lawn — for the final Jazz October 3, come see the incomparable Langston Hughes II as our headliner, after the popular kids’ performer Baba Ras D! Bring your neighbors and friends for the city’s favorite laid-back summer evenings – listed by Washingtonian magazine as one of the area’s top five outdoor spots to listen to live music!
What to Bring: Bring your own picnic, blanket and refreshments, and enjoy popular local food and beverage vendors including Juneberry, Atlantic BBQ, and J & J Taqueria! Pick up charcuterie at Whole Foods, a pizza from Slice & Pie, delicious takeout from Cantina Paraíso, or the latest one-of-a-kind flavor from The Charmery. Friendly pets allowed on leash.
