Families Together: Main Building Open House

We are excited to be hosting a Families Together Open House! Learn more about the Smithsonian Early Enrichment Center’s teaching philosophy by seeing it in action

Join us for a free morning of exploration and fun with your family while you learn about the Smithsonian Early Enrichment Center’s programs including: our full-time school for infants – Preschool, part-time toddler and caregiver Smithsonian Early Explorers program, and our weekend Families Together Workshops! SEEC’s Executive Director and our program staff will be available to answer your questions.
BASIC INFORMATION
Time: 10:00 am – 12 pm
Age Range: 0-6 (older children with younger siblings are welcome!)
Cost: Free! Registration is required.
Location: National Museum of Natural History (directions to our classrooms will be sent prior to the event)

Each of our open houses will be held at one of SEEC’s three centers. Anyone is allowed to attend any open house, but only the classrooms in the featured center will be available to see. This open house is held in our Main Building center, the classroom in that center are:
- Infant Classrooms (Cottontails & Ducklings): birthdays between Sept. 2025 and Aug 2026
- Toddler Classroom C (Owls): birthdays between Sept. 2024 and Jan. 2025
- Twos Classroom A (Penguins): birthdays between May and Aug 2024
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee which class your child would be accepted into.
