Art in the Park: Fall Leaf Print Workshop

Capture the colors of the season in this new nature art class just for adults! Monday, October 13th from 4:30-6pm

Participants will have the opportunity to learn a little more about the different types of hardwood trees that call Potomac Overlook home, then use some of their fallen leaves to create unique mono-prints using gel plates and acrylic paint.
Basic instruction and all supplies for the mono-prints will be provided and participants will take home everything they create during the class. This class is for those 18 years old and above, no children or pets please. Participants should dress to be both inside and outside, and in clothes you don’t mind getting paint on. Light refreshments will also be served. Please be sure to arrive 10-15 mins early to allow for the time to walk from the parking lot to the Nature Center.
- $20 per participant for ages 18 and up. Any attendee is considered a participant.
- Meet at the nature center.
- ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST PREREGISTER.
