Rookie, ages 7-11 and creates the foundation for coordination and athleticism.
Developmental, ages 12-14, this curriculum incorporates more athletic movements.
Prep, ages 15-18, develops power, speed, strength and athleticism.
We run 8 week seasons of 90 minute sessions once a week on a weekend morning. Riders are not required to be able to ride independently and can take part with training wheels. We also offer additional Glide-to-Ride sessions to teach girls how to ride.
For new and intermediate-level climbers, the Top-Rope Rock Climbing Series teaches everything from the basics of climbing to advanced self-rescue and anchoring systems.

We provide day and afternoon special interest groups, pre-college and career development, and subject tutorials for home school, hybrid school, and traditional school students.
nSpire Homeschool Enrichment Classes bring cooking, coding, PE, Spanish, Art, Music, and more to your family’s homeschool curriculum. nSpire classes are six weeks long and offer a new schedule twice per season. nSpire classes begin at $85 for a six-week session.
Activities at TSNY are a great way to get kids up and moving, and to foster their creative side. Our sessions are not only fun, but also great exercise, building muscle and flexibility, along with confidence, trust, and teamwork. Children walk away from our sessions feeling empowered and ready to tackle anything!
While children ages six and up may sign up for any of the all-levels sessions offered at our school, we have specialized youth programs for kids aged 6-16.

Jr. Wizards Basketball Camps & Clinics are first and foremost teaching programs; designed to emphasize fundamental instruction, individual improvement and team concepts in a fun yet structured environment.
The goal of the Jr. Wizards program is to encourage the growth and development of the game of basketball in the DMV through instructional programming and memorable experiences for parents, coaches, and players of all skill levels.
